OUR MOON Games attended the M Summit, a business summit for esports and electronic gaming professionals, and brought great news during the conference: the company’s esports roadmap for 2023, detailing the schedule of its major tournaments.

From February to April, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional Leagues – MPL – will be held in Singapore, Malaysia, Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and the Middle East. Other major professional tournaments organized by MOONTON Games, including Turkey Qualifiers (Turkey), Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Super League (Latin America) and North America Community Tournament (North America), will also take place in the first half. In addition, SEA Games 2023 and MSC 2023 will be held from May to June.
The second half of 2023 will host the World Cyber Games and Snapdragon Pro Series MLBB in July, followed by the MPL and the National Leagues taking place between August and October as M5 World Championship qualifiers. Before the start of the international tournament in December, ONE Esports MPL Invitational 2023 will take place in November.
“Our tournament roadmap for 2023 is the most comprehensive we have ever put together and we look forward to introducing more third-party tournaments and national championships this year,” said Ray Ng, Head of Moonton Esports Ecosystem at M Summit. “For us, this is an exciting start to the year with a lot of action, and we are open to working with mass tournament organizers and professional developers to provide an equal opportunity for professionals, fans and passionate esports athletes.”
The full details of the 2023 tournament roadmap are below:
Summary: In the 12 months of 2023, over 170 teams will play each other in over 1,600 matches over 260 days (subject to change).
- January: M4 World Championship
- February: Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women’s Invitational
- February-April: MPL 2023 Stage 1 in: Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Middle East and North Africa.
- May: 2023 Naval Games
- June: MSC 2023
- July: World Cyber Games and Snapdragon Pro Series Challenge Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
- from August to October:
- MPL 2023 Stage 2 in: Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Middle East and North Africa.
- National leagues: MLSL (Latin America), NACT (North America), TR (Turkey)
- November: ONE Esports MPL Invitational
- November-December: M5 World Championship
The roadmap was launched at the M Summit in Jakarta, which brought together esports and gaming professionals to reveal various facets of the gaming industry. A business-focused conference was created for local game experts and developers to discuss trends in Indonesia’s mobile esports ecosystem, new business opportunities in the industry, and goals for building a successful tournament model.
