A Destiny 2 laser cheat makes Guardians briefly immune to damage from laser traps that block certain doors in the Destiny 2 Revision Zero Operation Seraph Shield exotic quest quest. Its use grants players access to areas that will instantly kill them if they attempt to enter space without participating in a mission that provides a solution for such traps.
Laser traps are common in Destiny 2, as Bungie previously included laser traps in missions from previous seasons. However, due to their ability to kill players who simply walk past them, any opportunity for players to avoid them is welcome. In the case of Operation Seraph Shield, this cheat even allows players to access game areas that they could not otherwise access.
Taking to Twitter, Destiny 2 Twitch streamer Knitehawk showed a video of his character performing the feat of using his Arc Titan to break through a wall of laser traps to access an inaccessible room. In a room, Knitehawk opens a loot chest, collects the loot, then exits the room the same way he entered it.
You can access any room blocked by lasers in the new Exotic Mission (Operation: Seraph Shield) simply by smashing the lasers with your shoulder!📢 #fate2 pic.twitter.com/DNGywPC5V2

Comments on the post suggest that Warlock’s Icarus Dash and swords with the Swift Blade trait, which increases the range of the sword thrust, also allow players to achieve this feat. Players using Marksman Hunter Evasion and Player Evasion could also avoid the lasers.
Some players claim that simply by swiping their characters at the exact moment, they can bypass these lasers.
While the technical reason why this works is unclear, the game can display a move as a kind of teleportation, allowing players to avoid damage while active. This could be a problem, and if so, the development team will likely fix it in the coming weeks.
However, players continue to enjoy this benefit for now by participating in the Zero Review quest and its upcoming Catalyst quests, which appear to be components of Destiny 2 Season 19 core content.
This season is the game’s last before Destiny 2 Lightfall’s release date next year. Less than three weeks after launch, Season 19 has already gifted players with an exotic quest, the Spire of the Watcher dungeon, and the ongoing celebration of Dawning, which you can learn more about by checking out our Destiny recipes, armor, and rewards. 2.
