Dota 2, Team Spirit says goodbye to Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Hertek

Team spiritThe Russian esports organization, founded in 2015 and moved to Belgrade in 2022, has decided to make changes to its training Dota 2. The Russian club today announced that Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Hertek, the Russian player born in 1997 will no longer be part of the Dota roster. This is the official press release:

“After long consultations and dialogues with each player, as well as exploring a number of options for the further development of the team, we came to the conclusion that Team Spirit will start the new season with changes in the first team. After analyzing all the pros and cons, the management of the organization decided to part ways with Alexander TORONTOTOKYO Hertek. In two years of work in Team Spirit, Alexander has turned from a talented player who loves Dota 2 into a professional who has proven his worth at the highest level. His nickname will forever remain in the history of our organization, but it’s time to move on and say goodbye. We believe this decision will be fair and mutually beneficial for Team Spirit and TORONTOTOKYO. We wish Alexander the best in his future career and thank him for spending time with us.”
