With maximum bullet speed and range, and a slight reduction in weight so it doesn’t become too bulky, our Victus XMR build is effective in both sniping and mid-range combat. We’re still very early into the Warzone 2 meta, so it’s still too early to tell if Victus will be a key part of Warzone 2’s best gear set, or even one of the best Warzone 2 sniper rifles in the game. .

The goal of this build is to make the Victus XMR one of the deadliest long-range Warzone 2 pistols in the game. The Bruen Counter-Ops Barrel and the Mack 8 33.5 Super Barrel give this sniper the highest damage per shot in the game, which is slightly pushed back by the .50 Cal High Velocity ammo, a vital tradeoff as these bullets are much easier to shoot at long range.
These accessories add weight to an already heavy sniper rifle, so we went with the Bruen Q900 Grip stock and XRK Rise 50 to make it more mobile. Both come with reduced recoil control, which thankfully doesn’t matter much for bolt-action snipers.
If you want a much faster sniper, the easiest solution is to simply remove the choke tube, add a 1mW Quick Fire laser, and replace the barrel with a Mack 8 21.5 Short, which is essentially our best Modern Warfare 2 Victus loadout.
