Zenith Seed Terraria 1.4.4 hides a secret in its world

The Terraria 1.4.4 Zenith seed is one of the most fun and exciting sights added in the Labor of Love update for the crafting game. Terraria update 1.4.4 was released on September 28, but a month after its release, many secrets are still being revealed. This particular reveal refers to the sandbox game’s “core challenge”: the combination of every custom world seed developed to date, which also features Terraria’s new Legendary difficulty level.

Affectionately known as “getfixedboi” in homage to an old complaint sent to the Terraria team years ago, the Zenith seed is described by the team as “a truly remarkable seed work from the world of Terraria” and is the most difficult challenge in the game. It combines elements such as “For The Worthy” (a seed already designed to give players a super complex environment), “No Traps” (a seed that, as the name suggests, features an insanely high number of traps). in the world) and “Don’t Dig” (a seed that reverses the player’s progress, launching them into the underworld and forcing them to fight their way to a completely reworked surface layer).

All this combined is quite a challenge, but it turns out that there is a special secret to the world generation of Zenith seeds that can make your life easier. As YouTuber Terraria Waasephi explains, if you move your cursor around the world spawn screen, you may come across shooting stars flying through space. This will reward you with a meowing cat. While that’s probably reward enough, the game tracks the number of times you do it and affects the number of items that spawn in the world.

You receive 0.1% more items and buildings in the world for each star you own, up to a maximum bonus of 20% per 200 stars. These can be life crystals, statues, chests, gem caverns, and pots, but that’s not good news, as traps and TNT barrels also count. However, more things should make your life easier overall, and when you’re taking on the tougher seed challenges in Terraria, every little thing helps.

BUT mail the easter egg was tweeted by the game’s creator and lead developer Andrew “Redigit” Spinks, all but confirming its accuracy. Additionally, Whitney “Senks” Spinks, Vice President of Re-Logic and producer of Terraria, has also answers with GIF “it’s true” to further confirm the news. Get out there and start pinging those stars!

Our guide to all Terraria bosses should also come in handy on your adventures, and you can always turn to the best Terraria mods if you need more help or just want to mix things up. We also have an explanation of how Terraria Happiness affects NPCs if you’re trying to get your Pylon network working. It looks like a Dead Cells crossover could be coming in the future as well; after all, we know deep down that the development of Terraria will never stop!
