Kill the guards on the balconies, but then check out the two portable urinals on the right side. The enemy you need to kill is in the pot on the left, so before you head up the stairs make sure you put some ammo on the door. If you did everything correctly, a soldier will fall out of the toilet and you will get a notification that the achievement is unlocked.
It is essential that you shoot the portable potty before you reach the top of the stairs or your teammates will open fire on the toilet. If you’re late to the party, just restart from the last checkpoint, which should be when you’re going up the stairs.
