As expected, System Requirements for The Sims 4 undemanding, opening it up to a wide range of different drilling rigs. It’s available for Windows and Mac, requires only 4GB of RAM, and should run on any gaming PC released in the last 16 years.
But we’re not just talking about making it work. we want it to work Good. Fortunately, most systems made in the last decade should be able to hit 60+ fps, but you have to be careful how you play the game. The more extensions and mods you install, the more your processor will be loaded.
Not only do you not need the best graphics card to meet the Sims 4 specs, but in some cases you don’t need a dedicated GPU at all. Modern APUs should be able to handle the game just fine, and since The Sims 4 is free to play, why not give it a try and see if it works?

We’re aware of the Sims 5 release date, but EA is keeping quiet for now. That means The Sims 4 and its frankly ridiculous amount of DLC and add-ons still have a lot more life left in them.
