Tina’s Wonderland players are experiencing various issues accessing the internet and/or using online features.
Players who were able to download Tiny Tina’s Wonderland faced a whole new set of issues, including malfunctioning multitasking and entering well-known Gearbox Software SHiFT codes and redeeming associated rewards. Luckily, most of these issues are caused by issues with the game servers – not necessarily a fault of the player.
Below we explain how players can fix both.
We know that multiplayer sessions are underperforming and players are interrupting online sessions. We are working to resolve the issue to restore online multiplayer functionality.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderland already uses the SHiFT source code network for its multiplayer functionality. Unfortunately, many players have struggled to access these features. This manifests as a “SHiFT Connection Lost” popup at various intervals throughout the game.
At the time of writing, there is no workaround for this problem. This is a developer side issue and not a customer fixable issue. Fortunately, Gearbox is aware of the issue and is currently working to fix it.
Here are some options players can use to resolve connection issues between publisher and user:
- Check game server status through official channels like proven social media.
- Restart the game application.
- Turn off and reconnect the internet connection on the playable device.
- Restart the physical router.
- Check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for disconnections or known issues at the time.
Tiny Tina’s multiplayer functionality is likely to be affected by the above two issues. After all, the game uses the SHiFT network to connect players and requires a stable connection from both sides.
Once the transmission is complete and the issue is acknowledged (support for any fixes), players who are still experiencing issues can wait for the fix to be released.
