Nvidia may have finally started rolling out its RTX 4000 GPU, as the gaming PC giant’s social media accounts are now covered in a mysterious sneak peek. The promotional materials arrive ahead of CEO Jensen Huang’s GTC 2022 keynote, and their “#projectbeyond” tag suggests we’ll soon see the company’s future graphics card plans.
Nvidia’s short trailer doesn’t explicitly mention anything related to RTX 4000 GPUs and it’s currently hosted on various global platforms. Twitter GeForce The clip is about nine seconds long and almost looks like a Windows Media Player audio visualizer, but it’s probably meant to evoke a futuristic vibe, reminiscent of interstellar travel at the speed of light.
It’s worth noting that the teaser mark could mean we’re hearing about more than just the next best line of graphics cards from the green team. While I’m hoping this is actually a reference to the Madness song “One Step Beyond,” it’s unlikely we’ll see Jensen playing saxophone and fez. Instead, the CEO is likely to delve into Omniverse, the company’s graphics platform connected to the metaverse in real time.
The sign of Nvidia’s tea on the social networks is one of the reasons for supporting new generation GPUs, but I already found a chance that they don’t laugh at the RTX 4000. .
Although Project Beyond is a sneak peek of the RTX 4000, there are still a lot we don’t know about the launch. Nvidia is rumored to be struggling to figure out the RTX 4070 specs and we could be getting two RTX 4080 models at the same time. Rumor has it that only the RTX 4090 will be released this year, and this decision will prevent many enthusiasts from jumping on the gaming PC bandwagon.
Of course, if Nvidia manages to come up with a solid RTX 4000 release date plan, the lineup could include monster GPUs twice as powerful as the RTX 3090. You want to put off buying a graphics card until Nvidia shows off its next generation.
