Reversing the luxury car theme of season seven, season eight takes a 180-degree turn, bringing players into the underground football scene. Beginning with the 90s-inspired Sovereign Heights Arena, this grass-covered transport football pitch is located in the heart of the city’s famous urban park. This edition comes with a hoop for local street games which will be added later in the season.
With over 70 rewards, Rocket Pass offers a variety of streetwear-themed cosmetics. Among them are new tournament-specific rewards, including the Sk8s Player Banner and Hibachi Top. If you’re lucky, rewards from the Black Market Tournament will unlock the Starliner Decal and the Magnitude Target Explosive.
This hatchback race car has the same hitbox as the Octane, making it the first real car to be included in Rocket Pass Premium. The updated Honda Civic Type R-LE is also available in Rocket Pass tiers. These cars come with several potential cosmetic items, such as the EdgeLight package, which will give the underside of the car’s body kit an electric glow effect.
With the new season comes new tournaments. Rocket League will bring back The Haunted Hallows event and a host of other competitive opportunities for players next season.
