An imminent release date has been given for Back 4 Blood’s upcoming second expansion, Children of the Worm. Here’s what you need to know.
For players who have already completed Back 4 Blood Expansion 1: Tunnels of Terror, the arrival of the game’s next expansion will be on their radar. Expansion 2: Children of the Worms is the next DLC available for the Left 4 Dead-inspired shooter, featuring a new story campaign where players will face a new enemy known as The Cultists. Janitor “Prophet” Danny helps us fight off this new threat – armed, self-proclaimed, and equipped with several useful regeneration abilities to keep his teammates in the fight.
The new DLC also includes eight exclusive character skins and 12 exclusive weapons, new weapons, accessories and maps. So when will the next expansion be released?
Back 4 Blood Expansion 2: Children of the Worm releases today, August 30.
The new DLC will be available as part of the Back 4 Blood Annual Pass, Back 4 Blood: Deluxe Edition, Back 4 Blood: Ultimate Edition, or as a standalone purchase.
