Dota 2: OG are the new champions of ESL One Malaysia

OG win ESL One Malaysia Powered By Intel 2022. The European team at the magnificent Arena Of Stars in Genting Highlands, in front of an audience of over 15,000 Dota 2 fans who followed them during these three days, defeated the Chinese esports organization 3-0 in the final. Team Aster, having won one of the most representative Dota 2 tournaments.

Formation path consisting of: Yuragi, BZM, ATP, Chu and Taiga it was a little painful. In fact, after closing out Group B in first place, the team was immediately defeated by Team Secret in the semi-finals of the winner’s bracket, thus ending up in the loser’s bracket. Thus, OG, forced to start from scratch, were faced with: Thunder Awakening (2-1), Fnatic (2-1) and finally, before taking away a ticket to the final, they faced Team Secret again, this time losing by a clear score (2-0).

OG’s win ended a busy week in top Dota as 12 of the world’s best teams tried to outdo each other. Teamwork and experience helped them through the game and they were eventually able to take home the first prize of $175,000.
