you want to taste the best Warzone EX1 Team? The EX1 is a special weapon as it is the first Call of Duty Advanced Warfare energy rifle added to the Battle Royale game. Warzone is no stranger to crossovers, from Attack on Titan to Godzilla vs. King Kong in Operation Monarch, but this Warzone 2061 Assault Rifle might be the most surprising addition yet.
You’ll want to get your hands on the EX1 Energy Rifle as soon as possible. The EX1 is incredibly versatile with its range of accessories; hit the explosive cannon or charge the sniper cannon to completely transform this weapon into a completely different beast.
The best accessories for charging EX1
We have an EX1 starter loadout that should work well on Caldera and Rebirth Island after seeing success on Vanguard. This upload is from CoD YouTuber P4wnyhof; he came up with a version that turns EX1 into a deadly DMR.

To recreate one of the most infamous weapons in Warzone history, the DMR 14, we’ll need to increase the EX1’s damage. The Coil Amp muzzle expands each laser beam to deal more damage, though this comes at the expense of the weapon’s damage range. Don’t worry, we know how important damage range is for this build, so the next appendix is dedicated to that topic.
The most important accessory to this loadout is the PWN Condenser Beam Cannon, which changes the rate of fire of the weapon from fully automatic to semi-automatic. This weapon reduces fire rate and recoil control, but makes up for it by significantly increasing EX1 damage, headshot damage, and damage range.
As for the bottom of the barrel, the Carver Foregrip improves the weapon’s recoil control and accuracy when firing from the hip. Unfortunately, this makes the EX1 slower when aiming, but it’s a necessary compromise.
Speaking of scopes, we opted for the SVT-40 PU 3-6x scope, which gives us the ability to shoot enemies from a great distance. We can destroy targets even faster by increasing the EX1’s rate of fire with the Quantum High Voltage Battery magazine, but this also reduces the ammo capacity of each magazine.
Try the Dotted Grip to improve the EX1’s recoil recovery and initial accuracy – it’s perfect for a DMR build that relies heavily on accurate shots from a distance. To fully immerse yourself in DMR construction, opt for the AC-Titanium Anchor stock, which makes the EX1 heavier, drastically reducing its movement speed and aim. In return, EX1 becomes virtually recoilless.
To deal with the EX1’s weight, we can use fleet as an ability to improve weapon movement speed and weapon swap speed. Finally, On-Hand is the best kit for this build because it results in less downtime after using the hardware.
How to unlock EX1 in Warzone or Vanguard
Like most new weapons at the start of the season, EX1 can be unlocked by reaching level 15 in the free Battle Pass.. However, as is often the case, there will be other unlock requirements in the upcoming season, usually associated with a weapon-based challenge.
