PC gamers around the world eagerly await Nvidia to introduce the first RTX 4000 GPU, ushering in a new generation of GeForce graphics cards and a higher pixel performance limit. It seems that collective patience could soon pay off, as recently leaked documents indicate that the RTX 4090 may already be in production.
shared images Harukase5719 it appears to show a printed factory plate that contains references to the RTX 4090, as well as some current-gen counterparts, the RTX 3060 and RTX 3060 Ti. The document also lists the dates that each GeForce graphics card must enter and exit the production line, with the flagship RTX 4000 card entering production on August 16.
Unfortunately, the expected date is partially hidden and only reveals that some units of Team Green’s best graphics card from its upcoming lineup should be ready sometime this month. This at least indicates that we may be getting a little closer to the RTX 4000 release date, which should start with the release of the RTX 4090.
The green team has been quiet when it comes to the official release date, so we’ll have to wait a bit to see how reliable this document is, so keep a pinch of salt on hand in the meantime.
