IES, Independent e-sports announced a partnership with ASD Grifone Esports. In particular, the Italian Esports Association, based in the city of Genoa, maintains an esports training program. This is the second one to join, before they announced a partnership with Regium Esports from Reggio di Calabria.

Training is one of the main exports, and the stated mission of the IES is to provide the best possible training for all the key professionals in its ecosystem. The training programs are designed by instructors who have been coaching for several years. Training takes place online or in real time, with the interaction of the instructor and the trainee, so that you can view the learning path and evaluate the progress of the trainee. Curricula usually include several subjects and several instructors in order to give the most complete picture of the upcoming professional activity.

Not only providing the tools you need to start or improve your professional career, but also useful contacts for your professional career. The training also includes the issuance of certificates both in paper format (for online courses, the certificate is sent to the house) and with the issuance of certificates on the blockchain. With the latter, we allow you to uniquely verify the certification online. Training courses have a limited number of participants, which allows instructors to focus on teaching each individual student.
