League of Legends Star Guardian event ended abruptly due to backlash

“When these rewards are awarded, they may not appear upon login, but will be added to player accounts. We will have a more detailed update in the coming days.”

Unsurprisingly, the general reaction to this announcement has been negative, with players lamenting the lack of communication so far and the fact that some paid quests have not been rewarded. One user wrote:
