Free trial start timeThe time set for August 4, 2022 is 18:00 – Italy time – 20:00 for all other versions (Epic Games, Xbox and PlayStation) if you choose the Ubisoft Connect version. Far Cry 6’s free-to-play period ends on August 8, again at 18:00 (Ubisoft Connect) and 20:00 (Epic Games, Xbox and PlayStation).
Buying the game during the free period provides up to 50% off the full game and up to 35% off the Season Pass. In fact, you can find Far Cry 6 on sale right now on the PS Store with a new wave of Summer Sale.
The Ubisoft site also offers a free trial to play on Xbox. Xbox Live Gold membership required. There are no prerequisites on other platforms.
This Free version of Far Cry 6 Includes the full game, including the free mission inspired by the Netflix series Stranger Things. If you buy the full game, your progress remains valid.
