Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can get limited access to a free trial of Monster Hunter Rise.

Capcom is giving Switch gamers the chance to try out Monster Hunter Rise using its free trial before purchasing it. Progress made in the free trial will carry over to the full game if players choose to purchase it. The essay is also quite generous. It lets players experience almost everything the game has to offer, so you have a clear idea if the game is right for you.

Of course, there are some limitations that players should be aware of.

First, the free trial version is only available to Nintendo Switch online subscribers. Second, the free trial version is only available until March 17, 2022. Players only have a few days to get all they can from the trial period before purchasing the full version. A free demo version is also available here, although the functionality is more limited.

Players can download both the free trial version and the demo version from the Nintendo eShop via Switch or the official website.

The free demo version is also available for PC gamers via Steam. Players will not need an active subscription to test the demo version.
