Positivo Tecnologia, a Brazilian technology company, has started operations in a new service center in Alfaville, a district of Barueri, in the Sao Paulo metropolitan area. The premises, formerly located in the Saude area of São Paulo, have been relocated to Alphaville. The extension has increased from 450 m² to 2000 m².
The current facilities focus on the company’s logistics and after-sales support through the newly created Positivo Tech Services, a way that also enhances Positivo Tecnologia’s business diversification strategy by offering services to companies. The new structure has increased the Company’s ability to provide technical assistance to the company in several brands of computers present in the Brazilian market. The number of repairs has increased from 25,000 per month to over 60,000, equivalent to over 4,000 pieces of equipment per day.

The new division is of strategic importance to the Positivo Tech Services business.
