The Carian Filigree Chest Charm is available as part of Blaidd’s questline. Talk to Blade to get the Dark Forge Stone after fighting Darill in Forlorn Hound Evergaol [2]. Talk to him a second time and he’ll tell the blacksmith on the way to the Lurnia Estate.
This blacksmith is Smith’s smuggler. When you talk to him, mention that Blade sent him. This blocks the ability to purchase Carian Filigree chests from their store.
Some players have found that it is also possible to buy a talisman if you meet Iji as part of Rani’s lineage without talking to Blade as part of her lineage.
Players can also purchase the Twin Maiden Husks talisman for a round table after Iji’s Bell Bearing offer.
