The Gran Turismo used car dealership will be updated every 24 hours when the game first starts in your region. For example, an update typically occurs at 7:00 p.m. ET (5:00 p.m. PT).
However, not all stock will be refunded. There are contraindications, which means that only selected parts in stock will be replaced and other products will be marked accordingly. Essentially, an update happens when a game takes inventory and updates its audience.
