Shikanoin Heizou is a 4-star user of Anemo Catalyst and a young detective of the Tenryou Commission. He is described as an explosion damage dealer who gains stacks using his elemental skill by causing sustained vortex reactions, then unleashes a massive void of Anemo damage with his elemental burst.
The name is Shikanoin Heizou, the sharpest and most successful detective of the Tenryu Commission.

His basic attack, “Fudu Style Martial Arts”, deals with Anemo’s five attacks. His basic ability, “Heartstopper Strike”, deals Anemo a powerful blow that can knock opponents back. Each time it is cast, the next Heartstopper Strike deals more damage and has a higher area of effect (4 times). Finally, the Elemental Burst “Windmuster Kick” creates an Anemo void that pulls enemies and objects in and deals AoE Anemo damage.
