Fall Guys player numbers continue to grow as the free-to-play battle royale hits the 50 million user mark in its first two weeks. On June 21, the colorful soft-gaming crash course was relaunched in an entirely new format called Fall Guys: Free For All, which saw huge initial success with 20 million players joining within the first 48 hours.

now mediatonic announced on twitter that the game has reached 50 million players. “We absolutely do not believe this,” they tweeted, adding words of thanks to everyone who has joined the fray over the past two weeks. This is an incredible milestone and it will be interesting to see where the ceiling is – right now there seems to be no limit to the possibilities.

As part of the transition to the new version, Free For All Fall Guys is no longer available on Steam. Players looking to log into the game for the first time must now install the game through the Epic Games launcher, though Mediatonic has assured existing Steam users that support for Fall Guys on Steam will continue.
