To find Blade, you need to head to the Siofras River, northeast of the Eastwood Ruins as shown. Enter the Siofra River and take a fairly long underground lift. From there, follow the path to reach another elevator.
Your blade will be on a rock near your mountain’s windbreak point as you fight your way through the area, battling many giant crabs and the like. Here you will be asked to join him in a tournament at Castle Redmaine.
