The official Steam Deck is still missing, but now there’s an alternative that can tick all the boxes. The portable and powerful accessory not only looks almost like the real thing, but comes equipped with all the ports you need to turn your Pocket PC into a gaming desktop PC.

Created by Jsaux, 3rd steam bridge The docking station is specially designed to work with Valve PDAs. Although you may be tempted to choose a compatible hub, this particular accessory supports your portable device by providing you with 100W HDMI, two USB 2.0 ports, and Ethernet. It also has an angled USB-C cable so you don’t have to worry about angled connectors or cable management.

There are plenty of USB-C solutions out there to help connect your Steam Deck to your TV or gaming monitor, but this dock feels almost like a Valve accessory. Many brand-name options aren’t designed to brush against kitchen countertops when connected to display and peripherals, and cheap mounts lack the electrical innards. You can choose to 3D print a custom dock, but if stealth isn’t in your best interest, you might want to check out Jsaux’s review.

It’s worth noting that we haven’t tested the Jsaux dock, so we’re not sure if it should make the list of the best Steam Deck docks. It also offers a lot of features for the starting price, as it costs $39.99. Valve hasn’t revealed the cost of its official accessories, but it’s likely to cost you more while offering slightly better specs.
