Fall Guys has finally launched a few new platforms with a new free-to-play model. The Switch has seen a few in-game changes, such as the all-new Season Pass. But what is it ?
Since June 21, Fall Guys has become a free game on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Epic Games Store. Players can now enjoy full-fledged crossplay, cross-platform play, and cross-progression fully supported by their Epic Games account.
Along with gaining new platforms, the game’s free-to-play model means several changes have been made, including the addition of a season pass. So what is it exactly?
The Season Pass is basically a version of the Premium Battle Pass for Fall Guys. Players can purchase a new premium Season Pass using the in-game currency Show-Bucks.

According to the Fall Guys website, the Season Pass includes 100 tiers of unlocks, including new costumes and various unlockable cosmetics. Players who exceed the current Season Pass will have the option to unlock the next Season Pass.
Free-to-play players will still have a free progression path to unlock like before, so they don’t feel pressured to make any purchases.
