Kuki Shinobu poster release date was finally confirmed via the Genshin Impact 2.7 livestream after its official reveal via Genshin Impact Twitter Account. She is an electro character, and although she will not have her own banner because she is a four star character, she will debut in one of the upcoming Genshin Impact banners. Genshin Impact Kuki Shinobu Release Date
Kuki Shinobu’s banner release date is June 21, 2022. He appears as one of the four-star characters in Arataka Itto’s new banner titled “Royal Oni Game”.
Abilities Genshin Impact Kuki Shinobu
Normal Attack – Shinobu’s Shadow Sword
- normal attack – Perform up to four quick hits
- charged attack – Consumes stamina to land two quick hits
- submersible attack – Leap into the air, dealing damage to all enemies hit on the way down and dealing AoE damage on hit
Elemental Ability – Ring of Consecration
Kouki Shinobu’s elemental ability creates a ring of consecration around the active player at the cost of a portion of their health. This ring follows the active player, dealing shock damage to nearby enemies every 1.5 seconds, and restoring active characters’ health based on Cookie’s maximum health.
With this ability, Kouki Shinobu’s health cannot drop below 20% and his cooldown is 15 seconds.
Elemental Blast – Rite of Goei Narukami Kariyama
Cookie plunges her sword into the ground, creating a barrier that deals electrical damage to all enemies in the area. Damage dealt is based on Cookie’s maximum health. If his health is below 50% when he uses his elemental blast, it will last longer.
Kuki Shinobu Passive Abilities
Like Yelan, receive 25% more rewards if you participate in a Liyue Expedition for 20 hours. In addition, she has the following passive talents:

GENSHIN IMPACT STORY OF KUKI SHINOBU
As Arataka Itto’s second-in-command, Kouki Shinobu is tasked with keeping him in check, or at least trying to. Messages sent by Kuki Shinobu can be found on Hanamizaka’s bulletin board in Inazuma; in these posts, he asks anyone who “bullied the red long-horned oni” into losing items to find her in Hanamizaka so he can return them to her.
