Final Fantasy 7 Remake: Intergrade has been “tested” for the Steam Deck and is now available for purchase on the Valve Store. The RPG prequel remaster is also coming to gaming PCs later this year, meaning you can play Square Enix’s legendary saga on the go.

Announced at the 25th anniversary event, Final Fantasy 7 Remake makes its Steam Deck debut today, June 17. Its arrival on Steam means it’s no longer exclusive to the Epic Games Store, so you won’t have to leave the store to enjoy the remastered RPG.

Square Enix also showed off Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, a remastered version of Sony PSP’s 2007 prequel. The remastered spinoff will feature new 3D models, full voice acting, and musical arrangements, giving new fans a modern take on of the cult classic. . . The fact that it’s heading to Steam suggests it’ll be playable on a handheld device as well, but you might want to pin your hopes on the official verdict from Valve.

The Final Fantasy 7 Remake: Integrate Steam page is live now and is 29% off until July 7. Square Enix’s Crisis Core revival hasn’t received an exact ETA yet, but it’s expected to arrive in winter 2022. Again, we don’t know if it’ll get a “Joyable” or “Verified” badge, but considering that It was originally a PSP game, it would be nice if it ran on Valve’s portable power plant.
