After making a fuss on the Valorant and Halo rosters, Team Envy’s sports brand continues to shift as OpTic Gaming HCS skins finally arrive in Halo Infinite.

In-game, the Halo Championship Series (HCS) store replaced the Team Envy Digs with the green and black Epic Gaming OpTic Bundle.

OpTic and HCS fans can purchase and receive the OpTic Gaming Mark VII armor, BR75 Battle Rifle weapon kit and name created by members of the popular North American esports and content body, for 1000 Credits ($8.99).

At the start of Halo Infinite 1 Season 1, 343 Industries released in-game cosmetics created as a team by nine HCS partners – Cloud9, eUnited, FaZe Clan, Fnatic, G2 Esports, NAVI, Sentinels, Spacestation Gaming, and Team Envy.

Of course, shortly after the Envy-OpTic merger, Dallas-based esports organ players continued to wear blue and black, despite their official depiction of the green wall.

Although the Envy Pack will not be available for purchase in-game in the near future, those who have purchased the kit will still be able to view and experience the surprisingly rare kit to their liking.

According to 343 Industries Halo Esports and Audience Leader Tahir “Tashi” Hasanjekic, the recently updated HCS Squad Packs are the final launch of Season 2, and with more options to customize the look, hopefully. he will calm down soon.
