With all the hype surrounding Steam’s Next Fest free demo, it’s easy to forget that we also have to buy some of these games, so when is Steam’s next sale so we can get rid of some of the money weighing on our phones? wallets? Thanks to a leak from Valve, we know that the Steam Summer Sale start date is closer than you think.
As usual, details of Steam’s next big sale have been leaked ahead of time, and this time it appears to be Valve’s fault. The video below was posted unlisted on the official Steam channel, but apparently the internet dug it up. The video not only confirms the start of Steam’s summer sale, it will also feature some sort of RPG-style quest and also reveals the many games on offer.
What is the Steam Summer Sale start date?
The Steam Summer Sale starts on June 23 at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST and runs for two weeks until July 7 at the same time.
Games being offered in the upcoming Steam sale include:
- Ghostwire: Tokyo
- Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
- The Sims 4
- v-height
- red dead redemption 2
- Total War: Warhammer 3
- God of War
- dying light 2
- cyberpunk 2077
- force horizon 5
- VVE 2K22
- core guardian
And, of course, much more. Maybe even one of our favorite games of the year, Elden Ring? We can only wait.
