Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, which will launch on PC, PlayStation and Xbox on October 28, will offer a shooter experience in line with previous episodes, judging by the in-game action staged by Geoff Keighley.
The team arrives in motorboats and ascends the platform, confronting the enemy in various ways, first silently and then openly, bringing to life some pretty flamboyant combat, as well as fighting off grenade launches and explosive barrels.
The news comes when the characters decide to move away from the platform and chase a ship, and are soon intercepted by speedboats. At this point we observe new features of the physics engine, such as moving containers and water that interacts with the scenario in various ways, even throwing enemies away.
