Mario Strikers: Will there be a Battle League DLC?
Now that the latest record for Mario soccer games has officially begun, it’s no surprise that many are wondering if Nintendo has any DLC expansions. Here is a detailed description of the Nintendo DLC plans for Mario Strikers: Battle League.

A few more free updates are coming to Mario Strikers: Battle League soon, as Nintendo announced in May.
The most specific type of content players are expecting at this point is new characters.
When it launched, Mario Strikers: Battle League had 10 players on its ready-to-play roster, in stark contrast to Mario Strikers: Charged, which had 12 team captains and eight sidekick players.
The recent Mario Tennis Aces was released with 16 game characters in June 2018 and received 14 characters after release over the next 13 months.
Thus, with Mario Strikers: Battle League, many TV series such as Daisy, Toadette, Bowser Jr., Koopa Troopa, Diddy Kong, Birdo, Boo and Shy Guy, as well as lesser known characters can be added. . Alongside King Bob ombie, Pauline, Chargin Chuck and Dry Bowser.
According to a leak on @Wipeoutjack7 on May 27, it looks like 10 more characters will be coming to Mario Strikers: Battle League as DLC.

In addition to the DLC, more stadiums are available as the game does not currently include stadiums from older titles.
Finally, the Mario Strikers series has been pretty well known for years for its fun game modes (e.g. Striker Challenge, Custom Battle), so it could be the start of new gameplay features with the upcoming DLC.
Mario Strikers: Battle League is currently only available on Nintendo Switch.
