Diablo Immortal Skill Stones can be a bit confusing for players new and old to this classic Blizzard series.
Diablo Immortal introduced a few new concepts and revived old ones with new names. For example, the Elder Rifts are functionally just Nephalem Rifts in another term. Some hide the more complex mechanics needed to unlock certain important items, such as Skill Stones, which are essentially hidden behind Talismans.

Skill Stones are items that allow players to assign or switch between the effects of an existing talisman. To get the skill stone, you need to swap the talisman to transform it together.
You can earn charm by playing in-game bonuses, buying each for 100 hills, or crafting them with Battle Passes. The skill stone cannot be crafted without the talisman, so it is important for players to collect the necessary talisman and process what they don’t have. Like any work done with talismans, this can be done by visiting the Talisman Master.
To turn a talisman skill into a gem, players must purchase the Craftsman Charm and increase it to 500 platinum.
Once players have a skill stone, they can use it to reveal other talismans with different effects. The action of changing effects is mostly random and can be successful, meaning players put in a lot of effort to achieve the same result. Again, this can be done by visiting Charm Craftsman.
Before you spend all your time and money replacing Charm, we suggest you reconsider whether Diablo Immortal is pay-per-view. You can find more information about the inner workings of Diablo Immortal, such as a private currency, on our website.
