Wondering what kind of Devil Immortal to choose? It might surprise you to learn that there is a PC version of the mobile RPG that Blizzard originally talked about. I did not have Computer output. It’s great for those of you who prefer to play by frantically clicking instead of tapping your fingers, but the bottom line is that there’s a new Diablo game out there.
The action takes place between the events of Diablo 2 and Diablo 3. Your chosen adventurer must deal with the aftermath of Archangel Tyrael’s sacrifice and stop the Dreadlord’s minions from restoring the destroyed Worldstone. If you’ve been playing Diablo for a long time, you may have already picked your favorite game. Devil Immortal Class and familiarize yourself with how it will be played. However, if this is your first time entering Blizzard’s Hell Realm, you may be looking for a little help in defeating the demon beasts that relish the opportunity to tear into your flesh.
Will you go with a wild barbarian who can use deadly melee attacks to slash, slice, and slice all enemies in his path? Perhaps Demon Hunter’s unique combination of stealth and ranged moves is more to your liking. Not yet? If you prefer to sit in the back and keep your hands clean, you’ll probably love the idea of summoning minions with the Necromancer and letting them do your bidding. There are six completely different classes in Diablo Immortal, so let’s take a look at each one and explain how to play them.

Barbarian
If you just want to get stuck spinning like a carousel of death and smashing demon faces into the ground, then Barbarian is your class. His abilities are all about crowd control, which means immobilizing enemies while continuing to tear them apart with AoE attacks. Additionally, a fully upgraded Barbarian grants teammates a 25% damage bonus, making them an invaluable ally for late game dungeons.
However, all of the barbarian’s attacks hurt him and have a very long cooldown, so you’re a bit more vulnerable than your bulging muscles allow. Also, as enemies get tougher they will hit the barbarian harder, so the ax wielder may need to back up to regenerate health or restore its cooldown before resuming combat. For the most part, though, this is a class for people who want to twist, skin, and smash without thinking or strategizing.
Cross
Crusader is a more defensive melee class, with multiple AoE moves and plenty of party-wide buffs to help teammates deal damage for you. Crusaders are also the tanks with the most hit points among the six classes. They also have defensive abilities that will help the party fight huge hordes or even one of the biggest bosses in the game.
Your goal is to draw attention away from other party members, the Crusader is slightly more likely to be hit, which will stun them for a short time or interrupt their abilities. Also, their single target DPS is relatively low compared to other classes, mainly due to their long cooldowns. We only suggest playing this role if you have a friend who plays Demon Hunter or another strong class.
Monk
Like the Barbarian, the Monk specializes in getting up close and personal with demon heads. The Monk is much more agile and can deal massive damage at times, but he arguably buffs his teammates with a set of powerful support skills. As such, Monk is one of the most versatile classes when it comes to mounting.
This flexibility comes at a price: getting the most out of this class requires careful strategy and skill management. Since they pair well with allies, their viability on its own is somewhat limited, requiring you to build specific monk builds which can feel quite limited after a while. If you can’t decide between support and DPS, Monk is for you.
Demon Hunter
Demon Hunter fills two distinct roles in the Diablo Immortals class roster. First, they are incredibly agile as they can fire their dual crossbows and use their abilities while on the move. Second, they have the best single target damage per second in the game, making them formidable opponents in PvP and against PvE bosses.
There are also downsides: they don’t have a lot of health and can’t offer crowd control. A demon hunter must constantly monitor his surroundings, as a few good hits are enough to neutralize him. Ranged enemies also have an advantage over the Demon Hunter, who is often busy fighting melee infantry. If you’re willing to keep an eye out for dangerous enemies, Demon Hunter is a deadly character in skilled hands.
Necromancer
Do you usually imagine an armchair? With the Necromancer, you just need to raise some skeletons or other previously deceased minions to fight against Diablo’s forces. of course their methods unusualbut who doesn’t like to relax while everyone is working hard. If a skeleton or other undead minion falls in battle, the necromancer only needs a flick of the wrist to increase the size of his army.
While necromancers were fragile in the Diablo series, they are a bit more durable in Immortal. However, you have to keep moving, especially if you’re using the taunt ability to draw enemies away from your minions, and the Necromancer is pretty slow. It can also be difficult to figure out how to farm mana directly from corpses if you’ve never played a necromancer before. To help you deal with those teething teeth, Hungry Necromancer Soulfire is one of the strongest last in the game right now.
Wizard
Finally, if you prefer a more traditional approach to magic, the Wizard has all the fireballs, arcane blasts, and ice spells you could possibly need. Additionally, the mage can combine spells for deadly combos or status effects that can turn the tide of battle.
Despite their potential power, mages are infamous glass cannons. They can constantly cast spells, but once an enemy gets close enough to hit them, most of the caster’s health bar is gone. They’re not as weak as demon hunters and can teleport if things get too hectic, but you still don’t want to get caught up in the front line. One thing to keep in mind when playing this class is the long cooldowns on spells; It’s easy to get stuck if demons appear and you don’t have the spells to cast them. As long as you don’t mind regularly adjusting your posture, these shortcomings shouldn’t be too serious.
