Genshin Impact 2.7 Release Date
Genshin Impact 2.7 release date is May 31.. Genshin Impact 2.7 maintenance is scheduled for 6:00 UTC+8, which in other time zones means it will start on May 30 at 3:00 pm PDT / 6:00 pm EST / 11:00 pm BST.
Starting May 27, you can pre-download parts of Update 2.7 to your PC to download the full update faster when it becomes available. Full instructions on how to do this are available on the Hoyoverse website.

The maintenance window is supposed to last around five hours, and Hoyoverse has even gone so far as to say that patch 2.7 should run for the usual six weeks, with Genshin Impact 2.8’s release date now set for July 13.
Don’t forget that until May 30, you can claim your primogems for free under the 2.7 Update Delay Compensation Program announced by Hoyoverse in early May following the news.
Genshin Impact 2.7 Banners and Characters
The Genshin Impact 2.7 live stream has confirmed the banners for the upcoming patch, with the first one arriving alongside the 2.7 release date.
First phase 2.7 banners:
- Yelan is a connoisseur of mysteries
- Xiao – Invitation to Worldly Life (This is a repeat banner)
The banner for the second phase is a new banner from Arataka Itto called Oni’s Royale. It will also feature new character Kuki Shinobu as one of the four-star character options. There will also be a new weapon banner, where at least one of the titles will be a new five-star bow called Aqua Simulacra.
Genshin Impact 2.7 Live Stream
The Genshin Impact 2.7 live stream began on May 20 at 8:00 am (UTC-4) on the official Genshin Impact Twitch channel.
Genshin Impact 2.7 Free Primogems
On May 5, Hoyoverse announced that it would compensate players for the delay in the 2.7 update. From May 11, 400 free primers will be sent to players at 04:00 server time every Wednesday. Players will also receive a Brittle Resin, seven Hero Wits, 16 Mystic Enhancement Ore, and 120,000 Pestilence.
This compensation will continue until the release of Update 2.7. You must reach Adventure Rank 5 by the time the first compensation wave is released to be eligible and free gifts will be sent via the in-game messaging system. Each letter will expire after 30 days and only rewards can be received prior to earth update 2.7.

- Almighty Arataki Great and Glorious Dramalong Festival– A rhythm game event where travelers play the rhythm and share rhythm cards with other travelers
