Trying to find Twilight Snapper V in Rising? Here’s what you need to know.

What is a survival game without a fishing spot? In V Rising, players wake up as a vampire who needs nearby human settlements to gain power and survive. But when you’re not causing death and despair, there’s a great activity to help you relax: fishing!

Before you start looking for Twilight Snapper, you need to make sure you have a fishing rod set up. After all, you won’t have a chance to catch it with your hands. To open a Crafting Fishing Rod recipe, you need to craft a Wood Chair, which in turn requires defeating the Wizard Rufus.

To craft a fishing rod at a loom, players will need the following:

Once you’ve crafted the fishing rod, you need to know where to go to catch the Twilight Snapper. This fish is quite rare, so don’t expect to catch one on the first try, if you’re very lucky.

First go to Farban Woods and find a body of water. Look for bright spots to find fishing spots. Dip one foot in warm running water. As soon as the point starts to float, click to roll. You have to hurry, because the bad weather causes the fish to swim.

Keep going until you get your Twilight Snapper. You’ll need it to summon an annoying Rat Head, so if you’re trying to fight it over and over, be sure to stock up.

V Rising is available in early access on Microsoft Windows.
