Warner Bros. Games Avalanche has released a new tweet. emblems of the four houses from Hogwarts LegacyJk: Corresponding to the classics of the Rowling series, but apparently a new design.

Rather than take on the classic connotations of the emblems, the Avalanche team decided to make a variation and create a new design for each of the four emblems of the traditional Hogwarts houses. Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. As such, it is a rather minor detail that has come to light, but in the Hogwarts world recreated by the developers with a new overall vision, it continues to work on defining it, adhering to the canons established for the Wizarding World.

This question is also linked to an interesting feature previously uncovered by Avalanche: The Player will not have the Sorting Hat to choose their House, but will likely be the second person to freely choose which House to belong to at the start of the game.

This is a departure from the canon of the series, which provides the only meaningful decision from the Sorting Hat, which is included in the game but clearly required by the developers, as seen in the lengthy gameplay of Hogwarts Legacy. It guarantees a higher degree of freedom for users and personalization of their own gaming experience.

At least, that’s what comes out of the official FAQ, which awaits more precise explanations. In any case, you can see the four redesigned emblems of the respective Hogwarts houses in the tweet above.
