Recently, images have surfaced that say it is “The New Quiet Hill”, but were taken and removed by a copyright complaint.
Leaker AestheticGamer posted four photos on Twitter claiming this is the new Silent Hill game. Although the footage clearly came to them from a new source, the whistleblower claimed they had received “more than enough evidence to convince them”.
The footage was quickly removed after being in place for just a few hours, due to a copyright claim that has since been leaked over a leak that has only been somewhat believable.
EstetikGamer wrote on the photos, “I don’t share much anymore.”
“I’m also talking about the names ‘Anita and Maya’, ‘SMS messages’ and it’s not the only Silent Hill game in development.”
There appear to be English references in the images. One includes the quote “he’s not the Messiah, he’s a very naughty boy”, referencing the popular British Monty Python film, The Life of Brian. The second is the word “minger” written on the character’s face. For the unknown – “minger” is a pejorative word used to describe someone as ugly or disgusting.
However, the leak has not been confirmed by Konami, the former producer of Konami and Silent Hills: Shattered Memories. Tom Hulet He apparently expressed his disappointment with the leak. “If there are a lot of people in the studio sending material to a top whistleblower, they just aren’t professional enough to do the piece justice,” Hullett wrote on Twitter.
However, he quickly said he still believed the leak was fake. “I’ve seen people claim to have checked them before. I don’t work for Konami and haven’t worked for about 10 years. I have no private/confidential information about SH.
Whether this new Silent Hills is really on the table is uncertain, as is the possible UK setting. However, the misty, nightmarish hellish landscape known as England is the perfect place to draw inspiration from. Maybe my country will finally get exactly the reflection it wants.
