343 Industries said the launch of Halo Infinite Season II was “ordinary”.
Halo Infinite’s second season continues, adding a few new game modes, maps, and other features to keep things moving in online multiplayer. But not all players performed well at the start of the season.
Some players seem to be having issues, mostly around the season two interception. Halo Community Manager John Unisek posted a tweet explaining some of the changes and fixes in the works.
“For the Intervention event, the Last Spartan Standing challenges should now be monitored more closely and help you earn rewards. This may be delayed if you go earlier, but all progress should be counted after the match is over. in the background.Wrote.
“Next week, we will also reduce the difficulty of some Event Challenges so that completing them will earn you 2 Tiers in the Event Pass.”
Hey Spartans, this week has been tense. It really wasn’t our goal. We really appreciate your feedback, especially on map jumps and speed. We will discuss the options and learn more. ? https://t.co/RWEHK7VpDl

Joseph Staten, president of Halo Infinite Creative, admitted the start of the season was “scary” in response to a series of tweets.
“Actually, that was not our goal. We really take your feedback into account, especially on map jumps and speed. We will discuss the options and learn more.
On the game campaign side, things didn’t seem so smooth. The game’s campaign co-op mode only loaded in August this year, and the latest Pelican patch has delayed the game’s running speed community.
Players used a delay that allowed them to move pelicans around a map that would normally be piloted by the NPC. The bug was very useful for speed lovers, but after the last update, Exploit is no more.
Fans took to Reddit to discuss their frustration with the fix and asked 343 to add it as a permanent feature.
“Driving cars like the Pelican or the Phantom has been my childhood dream since Halo CE and you’ll never get over it other than Reach and Halo 4. 343, I’m not crazy either, just…why?
Staten tweeted that the devs were listening specifically to feedback on Speedrunning. But it’s not yet clear whether players will have a chance to rule the pelican in a more legitimate way.
