It is important to note that Trek to Yomi does not have an autosave feature, but players must save their progress manually. To do this, players will need to find the shrines found throughout the game.
Due to the game’s color scheme and detailed environment, temples may not appear immediately. Players will need to keep an eye out for small structures with candles and jars in front of them. Anyone approaching will display a relationship request with them on the screen.
Communicating with these shrines will maintain your progress up to that point. If you die, you will be returned to the last temple you were paired with. Make sure to use them as much as possible, even if it’s just to support your health.
