In September 2022, the mobile game Pokémon GO introduces players to an all-new Season of Lights, marking the return of Professor Willow, the arrival of Cosmog, and more.
The schedule will see raids making a comeback (along with new ones) as well as events like Phantasmagoria Psy. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the list of events and dates that should be marked on your calendar for the coming month.
September Research Phase Prizes

Focus on the light season
The Season of Light runs from September 1 to December 1, 2022. It has many new features such as:
- A special effort to capture the cosmos for the first time,
- A cloudy sky that may occasionally appear in-game,
- New avatar items and themed stickers,
- events (described in detail below),
- Pokemon spawn more frequently in the wild, and a new egg rotation including 2km eggs with Mimantis and 10km eggs with Carapagos/Arkéapti.
New bonuses that say new season also says:
- Increased damage dealt by Pokémon participating in Ranged Raids
- Guaranteed gifts with spinning PokéStops
- Increased incense effect while walking
- Up to two free Raid Passes per day by spinning an Arena PhotoDisc
- Additional elements of the training phase
- Increased Stardust reward for training stages
- Extra stardust in gifts
Pokémon GO: All raids in September 2022
The following Pokémon will be available in 5-Star Raids. Each team at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
- Deoxys Normal Form: September 1-13
- Form Deoxys Attack: September 1-13
- Deoxys Defense Form: September 1-13
- Deoxys Speed Form: September 1-13
It can be photographed wonderfully! Additionally, Deoxys Raid Day will take place on September 11 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
