First you need to complete the Pokedex registrations. This means you must catch all 242 Pokémon in the Hisui region and increase their individual Research Level to 10. Normally, the chances of catching Shiny Pokemon range from 1 to 4096. By reaching research level 10 with this Pokemon and equipping yourself with Shiny Charm, your chances are much higher from 1 to 819.6. Also, if there are 10 levels of Shiny Charm and an overall cast other than this working Pokemon, your score will increase from 1 to 137.02.
