Want to turn Dusclops Dusknoir into Pokémon Legends: Arceus? Here’s what you need to know.
Before Pokemon existed, before evolution, there were creatures with special needs. While Duskloop didn’t always evolve in Generation 4, this fearsome Pokemon took on its evolved form – Dusknoir.
Previously, Dusclops had to trade in Dusknoir before developing the Reaper Cloth. But that’s no longer necessary with Pokémon Legends: Arceus and its emphasis on the single-player experience. This means that certain Pokémon, such as Machoke or Haunter, which normally must be traded for development, can also be used to replace another form.
Here’s what you need to know to turn Dusclops into Dusknoir in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

To evolve Dusclops Dusknoir into Pokémon Legends: Arceus, players will still need to use Reaper Cloth, but you will no longer need to trade.
To obtain the Reaper Cloth, players can purchase it from the Merchant Mail / Commodity Exchange in Jubilife Village. It’s worth a pretty decent amount of merit points, which players can earn by returning lost bags from other players in the world.
There is also a small chance that players can remove one of the space-time warps.
After obtaining the Reaper Cloth, you will find that the item is compatible with Dusclops in your party. Use it in your Dusclops to trigger an evolution in Dusknoir. The item is disposable, so be sure to use it in the correct Dusclops. After using it, you must find another one if you want to challenge another evolution.
