We’ve compiled a comprehensive list of all Pokemon developed using Dawn Stone in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
Dawn Stone was introduced in Gen 4 along with new evolutions of Kirlia and Snorunt, the Gen 4 Pokémon. That being the case, it makes sense that both would be featured in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, which developed in ancient China. Below, we’ve discussed both Pokemon and how they evolve and how to get them.

The Dawn Stone is a circular turquoise gemstone with lighter edges and a seamless star pattern in the middle. “He shines like a shining eye.” More information on how to get Dawn Stones can be found in our evolving item guide.
As of this writing, only two Pokémon in the entire franchise are in development using Dawn Stone. You can see both Pokémon in the Hisui region:
Snorunt can only be found in Alabaster Iceland in Whiteout Valley, Bonechhill Wastes, Avalanche Slopes, and/or Avalugg Legacy. It can be glaze farmed to level 42, or the female can be gel farmed using the Dawn Stone. No other requirements are necessary for evolution.
Froslas, the “land of snow” Pokemon, is said to carry the spirit of a woman who died “in anger”. Some explanations explain that it may actually be ice that takes over a woman’s unfinished business and causes her body to sag. According to Lawnton, this Pokémon casts deadly curses on “misbehaving” males. Hisuian PokeDex number #207.
Kirlia is an advanced form of Rlts that allows evolution at level 20. This Pokémon can be spotted in the Scarlet Ruins of Mireland and Hart Rock or Snow Point Temple in Alabaster, Iceland. At level 30, she will transform into a Gardevoir, or the male Kirlia can transform into a galaxy when exposed to the Dawn Stone. There are no further requirements for upgrading.
Gallade is also known as the “Blade” Pokémon and is known for its intense devotion to chivalry. He only fights in self-defense or to defend those who suffer grave injustice. The blades extending from both elbows are impressively sharp, and although he is a self-taught warrior, the skill of his sword is impressive. Hisuian PokeDex number #104.
