The first international MSI Legends League event will take place this year. A total of 11 teams from around the world will come together to fight for the 2022 MSI Championship title, starting May 10 in Busan, South Korea.

The 2022 Mid-Season Invitational will take place in League of Legends Patch 12.8.
This means champion lovers, nerds, and the elemental changes in Patch 12.8 will make a significant difference in MSI 2022. In fact, Patch 12.7 and Patch 12.8 are on stage, reversing changes that would affect the event.

All in all, fans can expect MSI 2022 to kick off on May 10, with the finale taking place on May 29.
