Patch 12.7 is coming to League of Legends tonight. In a few days, aspirants will be able to get new skins for this mystery cycle. But as usual, Riot Games has decided to release cosmetics that will flood Summoner’s Rift two weeks after the patch goes live. Thus, two families have been announced: one on the theme of the moon and the sun, and the other on the theme of Bilgewater.

This family of skins is special because it contains only one champion – or rather a champion – Leona. The Bright Dawn actually took two mythical appearances in 2018 – one the Sun and the other the Moon – clustered eclipses. These two aspects are not really contradictory in their meanings as they both glorify the sun in their own mini formations.
That’s why Riot Games decided to bring this team back to the fore – here we see a top studio’s desire to upgrade its legacy skin families earlier this year. And just to get it right, here are the 5 champions that will make an appearance:
- Atrox Lunar Eclipse
- Kyle solar eclipse
- Lunar Eclipse Senna
- Sivas solar eclipse
- Solar Eclipse Sequoia
Note that Senna will receive a prestigious edition called Senna Knight of Eclipse. Each skin color should be detected very quickly. As a result, these six new skins will remain in testing on PBE for two weeks before joining the Summoner’s Rift 12.8 patch scheduled for Wednesday, April 27..
