Wondering what happened to your prestigious points in League of Legends?
Refreshing the Legendary content, Riot Games announced that Gems and Prestigious Points have been combined into a new endless currency: Mythic Essence. New in-game content is now available as the new Mythic Store replaces the Gemstone Shop. This means that Mythic Essence can be used to earn legendary seasonal rewards, bundles, currency, and themed skins.
With this in mind, what happened to your prestigious scores?

Once you repair the legendary content, your remaining prestige points will expire on March 24. This was back when Final Prestige Shop offered Prestige skins and other exclusive content a few years ago. Riot has repeatedly said this will happen after the patch 12.6 rework.
Although your prestige points may be lost, any gem in your inventory is automatically transformed into a legendary creature at a ratio of 1 to 10. It may seem strange at first, but Riot has announced that the essence drop rates Mythic Masterwork Chests will be temporarily increased to compensate for the removal of Prestige Points from packs.
