League of Legends patch 12.16 will be released on August 24th and comes with some system changes as well as several champion buffs, nerfs, and tweaks. According to the tweet, this patch has more fans than nerfs. At 12:16 p.m., champion lovers will find Tristana, Zoe, Irelia, Caitlin, Kai Saa, Jace, Malphite and Zira. We also see Evershroud’s system buff.
The patch will also include champion nerds for Zeri, Yuumi, Draven, and Poppy. Yuumi and Zeri have both received nerfs over the past few patches, but it looks like Riot is still replacing champions. Finally, the patch also includes P damage and E AP ratio adjustments on Diana.
The patch notes point out possible buffs for Wladimir, but the details on those buffs aren’t clear yet, so we still don’t know how the champion will change in the next patch.
