Here are the top five junglers in League of Legends patch 12.13.
Jungle is one of the most unique roles you can play in League of Legends. Rather than following a single path, it’s your job to farm, map, and provide support to your teammates whenever they need to help your team forward. Playing well in the jungle requires good knowledge of maps, technical skills, and timing. While any jungle champion can be strong when played well, the patch 12.13 meta makes some champions particularly strong this patch. Here are the top five junglers in League of Legends patch 12.13, according to win rate data from U.GG.
Trundle has been an S-level jungler for a few patches, and 12.13 is no exception. His ability to steal health, magic resistance, and armor from his opponents made him an incredibly powerful stamina buff, making him a consistent good pick against a variety of team compositions.
As of 12.12, Mordekaiser has the 4th highest win rate in the jungle at 52.91%. Normally played as a top laner, Mordekaiser deals passive damage based on his max HP, making him extremely powerful after 12.10. Also, since its main legendary item, the Riftmaker, deals true damage, it remains a powerful item even with the increased armor and resistance that most champions received during 12.10.
In 12.12, Amumu received a buff that drastically reduced his Q mana cost and increased his R damage. While this buff helped make him more suitable as a support unit again, it did also made him a much more popular choice in the jungle, and for good reason. Given that tank units have been so powerful since patch 12.10, it makes sense that Amumu would be comfortably settled with a 53% win rate.
Rammus’ win rate has increased since patch 12.12 and his current win rate is 53.08%. Ramus is one of the best junglers to take down AD heavy suits, thanks to the armor buff he received during 12.10. While he can fight against mages, Ramus can be turned into an extremely powerful tank, making him an incredibly strong jungle unit this patch.
Shivana’s win rate has only increased in recent patches and currently has the highest win rate in the jungle at 53.36%. With incredibly fast net speed and mobility, Shivana is one of the fastest junglers in the game and pairs very well with all the powerful speed-focused units released in the game like Nilah and Zeri. Since Shivana is focused on dealing a lot of damage over time rather than burst damage, she wasn’t affected too much by the stamina patch, making her the better choice. strong from patch 12.13.
