The League of Legends 12.13 patch is on the way and there will be big changes for several champions. Here’s a summary of the updates you’ll find in the patch.
Patch 12.13 will be released on July 13, 2022 at 06:00 ET. The patch was originally supposed to be released a week earlier, but was pushed back during Riot’s summer vacation.
Once the patch launches, players will experience a multi-hour delay and match queues will be offline for approximately three hours before patch updates.

The biggest change you can expect from patch 12.13 is Saint Tailor Gwen. Riot Games plans to increase his skill level by helping him early in the game.
Adapting your kit will make farming easier, but will make up for late game bloat. These changes were made to bring Gwen back into the top lane.
Other changes in the patch focus on strengthening champions, but the changes will not be reverted. This change includes lethality items to aid assassins. Buff will increase consistent DPR outputs or perks.
